The West Coast Metabolomics Center at University of California, Davis has announced it is offering an upcoming week-long course, “Hands-on LC-MS Data processing and Statistics in Metabolomics”  which will be held on their campus Sunday through Thursday, February 9-13, 2014.

The West Coast Metabolomics Center, like the Southeast Center for Integrated Metabolomics (SECIM), is one of six NIH-funded Regional Comprehensive Metabolomics Resource Cores (RCMRCs).  Along with providing metabolomics services to investigators across many diverse fields, each RCMRC is also highly determined to advance, improve, and promote the science of metabolomics across the globe.

The course being offered by the West Coast Metabolomics Center will feature hands-on training with metabolomics data.  Elements of the training include LC/MS compound identification, data processing, statistical analysis, network mapping, and data interpretation.

For more information about this upcoming course, please see the attached flyer.  Any questions, please contact Jeannette Martins at University of California, Davis.
